Can’t recommend this place enough. I got through security at the airport and realized to my horror I had left one AirPod in my room! One quick call to Moustafa on the front desk, and he found the AirPod and organized Anatoliy the shuttle bus driver to drop it off to the airport straight away. These guys truly went above and beyond and demonstrated exceptional service! Outside of this the hotel was clean, service was good, rooms were large and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was also good!

The staff is not only accommodating, courteous and kind, they treat you like family when you’re here. Rod, the manager does an exceptional job running and maintaining his hotel, ensuring that his guests are comfortable, get the fairest Price and strives to meet every expectation and beyond. Also shout out to the rest of the staff, Mustafa, Who works very well under pressure, Ryan always so pleasant and chipper and anybody else that I missed during my stay this time. Thank you so much for accommodating me for a lovely another day here in Michigan. Also, this hotel is dog, friendly, is equipped a full kitchen, full barbecue, and all the accommodations you may need to host your family get togethers! 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐’s and beyond! Good experience, overall. Had a hiccup with rooms, but both the front desk and manager, Rob, were able to resolve quickly. Clean facility and friendly staff!

I checked not knowing what I was in for. Like all hotels I expect to see a bed, television, etc. what I didn’t expect was a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher to be in there. Everything was clean and ready for me to use. I really appreciated the tuck on the bed linen it made me feel swaddled like a baby and I slept like one too . The staff I encountered was very nice and breakfast was the icing on the cake. I’d definitely return.

LOOK NO FurTHer! . This specific location is where you want to be. I assure you there is no better place to stay in this area of Grand Rapids. You will NOT find better customer service, A more friendly and warm staff, everyone from housekeeping to Maintenance, and everybody in between is the best of the best! This hotel is immaculately clean, offers an amazing Complementary breakfast with lots of variety. They will truly spoil you with every little detail and offer you anything you need! This hotel is by far the best managed in every aspect a guest could ask for. If you happen to stop in and have a stay, be sure to introduce yourself to, Rod, the manager. This guy truly knows the definition of Hospitality and you will never find a hotel manager so profound in customer service, simply because it is his nature! Feels Like Home—If Your Home Had a Walk-In Shower and Better Lighting I stayed in a king room at the TownePlace Suites and was pleasantly surprised. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, the big TV was perfect for unwinding, and the kitchenette made me think about cooking (I didn’t, but it was nice knowing I could). The walk-in shower was a highlight—10/10 would contemplate life’s mysteries in there again. Everything was clean, quiet, and well laid out. It’s not flashy, but it’s solid—like that reliable friend who always remembers your birthday. Great for longer stays or just needing a break from your actual home. I’d definitely stay here again.

The GM Raad was awesome! I mistakenly booked for the day I was flying out of GRR through a third party service (which was a non refundable booking). I needed to stay the night prior to my flight. I could not get it canceled and refunded through the booking company and their service line (AI) kept hanging up on me. I went to the hotel anyway and Raad, the GM, was patient and persistent, and was successful in getting a full refund and cancellation of that room. He then booked me directly into the hotel for the correct night. It had been a nightmare and extremely frustrating but he took care of it all! GREAT customer service!!! Thank you, Raad! And our stay was very pleasant! Great rooms!

Great place! Front desk staff were professional. I wish I was able to stay more than one night. The place smelled good and was extremely clean.
